Please see below for our policies and important information pertaining to your appointment. If these do not answer your question, please reach out and we will be happy to assist.

Our studio is 14+ only. Absolutely no one under the age of 14 is permitted inside the studio.
For anyone under 18 it is required by California State Law that you have a custodial parent, or legal guardian (with Letter of Guardianship), present with their valid state or federal ID.
Parent or guardian must also present an original birth certificate (NOT a photo of the birth certificate) for the minor being pierced.
For any service other than earlobe piercings, the minor must present a photo ID (school ID, driver's license/state ID, passport).
Even if you have visited our studio previously, you must bring the required IDs/documents listed above to your appointment. If you arrive unprepared, we will have to cancel your appointment and charge you a no-show fee. There is no exception.

If you are 18+ you must provide a valid state or federal issued ID to be pierced. Acceptable ID's include state driver's license, state ID card, Military ID, or passport. There is no exception.

No. We will not install jewelry from outside the studio for fresh piercings.

For safety & sanitary reasons, please DO NOT handle (touch) your piercings or jewelry while inside of the studio. You may not install or remove your own jewelry inside of the studio.

No. We love your furry friends, but for safety and sanitary reasons, no animals are allowed in the studio.

We do not recommend traveling/vacationing with a fresh piercing. If you have a trip planned, we advise scheduling your piercing for when you return and are likely to be home long enough for it to heal.

We accept cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay. Cash is always preferred. All card transactions are processed through Square with 3% processing fee. We now have an in-house ATM with a $3.00 withdrawal fee for your convenience.

If you think you will be late to your appointment, please inform us at least 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
If you are in fact late to your appointment, we may have to cancel your appointment in order to remain on time for our other appointments. Please be on time.
We realize that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance.
A non-refundable fee of $10 will be charged to your card in the event of a same-day cancellation, if you are late to your scheduled appointment and we have to cancel you, or if you no-show. If you have more than one appointment scheduled, the $10 fee will apply to each appointment individually ($10/per appointment missed).
All no-shows will require non-refundable payment in full of their desired service in advance to hold a new appointment.

The jewelry that we stock is either 100% implant-grade titanium, niobium, solid 14k/18k yellow, rose, and white gold and always biocompatible & nickel-free.
